The comrade in charge of the Senior Talent Information Center introduced in detail the work done by the center in recent years around "smart health care" and the working ideas for further promoting the implementation of "smart health care". The Information Service Department reported the construction and operation of the "National smart health Cloud Service platform". The "Cloud platform" software system was displayed on site and the pilot unit, Zhuanqiao Town in Shanghai, was connected to report the application situation. China Aging Scientific Research Center and Hualing Intelligent Elderly Care Industry Development Center introduced their respective work, and held a discussion and exchange on the promotion of smart elderly care service new business forms, and put forward ideas and suggestions.
After listening to everyone's report and discussion and exchange, Comrade Jianjun pointed out that it is a "national event" to cultivate a new form of smart elderly care service, and we should do this work carefully. He stressed that first, we need to take a high position in implementing the national strategy of actively responding to the aging population, and ensure high-quality development by taking into account the national strategy of balanced population development and information technology development. Second, it is necessary to have a broad vision, not only limited to health work and aging work, but also to have a comprehensive understanding of the connotation of new business forms and their differences from traditional business forms. From the development of aging cause, the construction of aging big data, the health literacy of the elderly and the silver economy, it is necessary to effectively improve the service capacity and service level. Third, we should have great feelings, firmly establish a people-centered development idea, firmly establish services for the elderly as the purpose, earnestly pay attention to the elderly's difficulties and worries, focus on the key issues of aging work, focus on solving the problems of serving the elderly. Fourth, it is necessary to change the concept, innovate the mechanism, combine the relevant data, application, scene and so on, fully integrate, achieve multiple benefits. Fifth, we need to establish a path for development. We need to adhere to the unified leadership of the Party, government leadership, market-based operation, overall design and step-by-step implementation.
